Oxymetholone is the strongest anabolic steroid known today (in terms of its anabolic effects) but also one of the most dangerous ones to use. Hepatotoxicity of Anadrol is severe and the treatment shouldn’t exceed 5 weeks (which doesn’t mean it cannot cause liver damage if used for shorter period).
